** For 2022, we will be offering free registration for all scouting families.  Our ask is to have each family be involved in fundraising and helping with activities throughout the year.  These are times to make memories with your scouts and we are actively encouraging all pack members to be involved throughout the year.  If you are interested in joining our pack family, please reach out to us. **

Annual Scout Year Kickoff Picnic and Rocket Launch on August 6th!

Posted on Jul 26 2022 - 12:10am

It's that time of the year as we are getting ready to Kickoff the New Scout Year with our Annual Picnic and Rocket Launch event!  Stay tuned as we finalize our location (currently set at New Kingston Firehouse).  Similar to last year, we will be holding our Kickoff from 1-5 PM where we will be providing burgers, dogs, and chips for all of our families.  As always, the opening kickoff is a fairly busy event and this year will be no exception!  We will be completing registrations for all families for the new scout year, discussing our calendar of activities for the year, introducing our leadership, completing a service project as we ask scouts to sign and make cards for veterans with our charter organization (Upper Allen Kiwanis) and of course, launching some really awesome rockets!

Kiwanis Blueberry Assistance on June 30th

Posted on Jun 8 2022 - 12:22pm

The Upper Allen Kiwanis, our Charter Organization, is asking for assistance in loading Blueberries at the Mechanicsburg Museum on June 30th.  For those of you who may not have participated in the blueberry sale, these are some of the best blueberries you can enjoy!  Personally, I always recommend buying a box and volunteering for an hour or two.  These blueberries are huge and go great on ice cream sundaes or those morning pancakes and cereal!  Volunteers are needed between 10 AM - 7 PM.  If you are not going to summer camp and can volunteer some time, please sign up for a 1-hour block, just put your timeslot in the comments.
